Do you send cards for Easter? The tradition of sending Easter postcards to relatives and friends developed during the end of the 19th century. During my research into Easter card sending traditions I found this fabulous article by the BBC The Odd World of Victorian Easter Cards. What can I say? Card designs have certainly come on a bit!
Whether you are religious or not, sending a card for Easter can certainly brighten someone’s day and make them smile. In these times of a global pandemic, sending a card is a fabulous way of letting people know you are thinking of them.
In the Flamingo Paperie cards range we have two cards saying Happy Easter or Easter Wishes. There is also the fabulous Chicks card too, perfect for sending at Easter.
All of our cards are blank inside for their own message making them super flexible for many different occasions. Perhaps something from our floral selection would also be an option for Easter? With Spring hopefully being in full bloom these make a lovely choice.
Perhaps you prefer to send something a bit different, maybe more suited to the recipient? Here are three of my suggestions. Budgie tree, chickens and bumblebees! I love these cards, they are great fun!
There are many more I could suggest too, but the title says 10! If you would like more suggestions get in touch I would be happy to help. You can also contact me for our latest brochure.
